Boss Arteta’s derby turn-off as Gunners just focus on Forest

MIKEL ARTETA says Nottingham Forest not Manchester City will have his full attention today.

Pep Guardiola’s side face a derby day at Old Trafford in today’s early kickoff and can narrow the gap to three points before the Gunners kick off.

However, Arteta is adamant that his Arsenal players will be blinkered on the job at hand in Nottingham.

“We can only focus on what we can do,” Arteta said. “When the games are earlier, you have the possibility to see them.

“Usually, when they are later, the same, nothing changes, but the only focus and the aim is to prepare for a tough match, and we have experienced that over there, and we have to win it.”
