COUNCIL IN £7K TOILET SEATS ROW
A £7,000 bill for heated bog seats at a town hall is causing a stink.
Waltham Forest Council has been accused of flushing taxpayers' cash down the loo after coughing up £7,632 on 12 bum-warmers, which also act as bidets.
