Only ideal home show will do for Trossard as Gunners just keep Wolves from the draw
LEANDRO TROSSARD believes Arsenal should win all their home games as they look to avoid the draws that derailed their title hopes last season.
The Gunners came perilously close to dropping points at the Emirates for just the second time this season.
In the end, it did not matter that it took two own goals to get the league leaders over the line against winless Wolves.
Or that £64m summer signing Viktor Gyokeres went a fifth straight game without scoring. The important thing for Trossard was that Mikel Arteta’s men picked up another three points at home after draws proved so costly last season.
Only Everton drew more Premier League games than Arsenal's 14, with six of those coming at home as they ended the season ten points behind champions Liverpool.
Trossard said: “At the end the feeling is relief that we scored that winning goal. It is massive to win the game.
“The atmosphere would have been different if the game had ended in a draw.
