Jones talks to shut out Inter

ARNE SLOT has hinted that contract talks are planned for Curtis Jones after Liverpool turned down an approach from Inter Milan before the transfer deadline.
Liverpool were contacted by the Serie A giants last week about Jones' situation.
However, it was decided that no senior player would be allowed to leave before the end of this season. Liverpool-born Jones has 18 months remaining on his terms.
He has been linked with Tottenham as well as Inter and Slot (right) said: “Talks are not taking place in this press room, talks are taking place in other places in this building.
