Feeling a Brit warmer after soaking

BRITS will have a spring in their step this week as the country hits a balmy 18C.

After weeks of washouts, the early warmth will continue after milder winds from the Atlantic brought 16C at the weekend.

And tomorrow and Wednesday might see 18C in some central and southeastern areas of the UK - the highest in months. That's about 4-6C above average.
