EXPERT'S TOP TIP TO AVOID 'CROTCH ROT'
A TOP doctor is urging folk to put their socks on before pulling up their pants - or face gruesome "crotch rot".
The infection is caused by a fungus known as ringworm and can spread from the feet to the genitals. It can trigger painful and itchy rashes, which turn the skin red and scaly.
