Coast is clear for Kerkez

LIVERPOOL moved a step closer to landing Milos Kerkez after Bournemouth confirmed the signing of the left-back’s replacement.

The Cherries have sealed a £14m deal for Frenchman Adrien Truffert from Rennes.

Truffert, 23, has signed a five-year deal on the south coast as he arrives to replace the soon-to-be-departing Kerkez.

Liverpool have been chasing the Hungary international for months and talks are on-going between the clubs.

The Cherries are demanding a £45m fee but there will be hope of a compromise.
