MILLIONS of racing fans will get less cash for picking winners if Rachel Reeves hits the sport with her "punters' tax", an expert has warned.

It comes as the under-fire Chancellor is now odds-on to lose her job next year.

Her moneymaking ploy will force bookies to trim odds they offer on horses in a bid to recoup the 6% extra cash they face having to pay the Treasury.
