LIVERPOOL postponed celebrations planned for yesterday following the terrifying incident during Monday's parade that left 50 people in hospital.

The Reds had wanted to continue their title celebrations internally with staff but altered their plans after being left shocked by the scenes.

A 53-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, dangerous driving, and driving while on drugs after a car struck several pedestrians close to where the parade had finished.
