IJEFA email mix up cost Palace in battle for Euro spot
CRYSTAL PALACE failed to see emails from UEFA earlier this year which could have saved their Europa League spot.
That is because the governing body sent all their messages to the club's general email address, rather than chairman Steve Parish or any other individual.
The Palace chief admitted the club simply failed to see UEFA's multiple notifications, which were sent in January.
But the emails were sent to the only address the club lists in the Premier League handbook that is circulated at the start of every season.
