Labour hit out at failure as deaths rise
NEARLY 600 drug dealers walked free due to court delays as one Scot died every seven hours from illegal substances.
Scots Labour leader Anas Sarwar said suppliers are getting away with selling drugs to communities due to SNP government incompetence.
It was revealed earlier this year that Scotland continues to be the drug death capital of Europe after 607 suspected drug deaths were reported in the first half of this year.
