US TV host begs captors to free her mum Nancy
US TV star Savannah Guthrie has begged for the safe return of her mum, agreeing to her kidnappers' $6million ransom demands.
The co-host of NBC's breakfast programme Today has been inconsolable since poorly Nancy Guthrie, 84, vanished without trace from her home on January 31.
Two ransom notes have been sent to US media, which included a deadline for the £4.4million payment to be made by tomorrow - or else Nancy dies.
