Carbon monoxide poisoning killed pair during trip

A COUPLE found dead in their tent died from carbon monoxide poisoning and may have lain undiscovered for a week.

Adele Tait, 47, and her partner Craig Will, 55, died while camping on the shores of Loch Awe, in Argyll.

It's understood the pair headed for a wild camping trip on May 30 but had not been in contact with loved ones since May 31.

An urgent appeal was launched on social media after the couple, who lived together in a cottage in the village of Longridge in West Lothian, were reported missing.
