Squad depth vital for Villa

UNAI EMERY hopes Jadon Sancho and Douglas Luiz can rediscover their best form for Aston Villa in the final months of the season.

Both players started in the Villans’ draw at the Vitality Stadium with Sancho assisting Morgan Rogers first-half opener.

Meanwhile, Luiz has made consecutive starts since rejoining on loan from Juventus last month.

The Brazilian will have a key role to play over the next few months as Youri Tielemans and Boubacar Kamara deal with lengthy injury layoffs.

And Scotland's John McGinn is also out for around four more weeks.
