Jess claims this is what NHS served up as chicken lasagne
A HOSPITAL patient was left disgusted after being served chicken lasagne that looked "like vomit".
Angry Jess Tague ordered the meat and pasta dish at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Tuesday.
But the Italian classic appears to be missing several of the required ingredients such as layers of pasta and cheese.
