Tributes paid to student who died in reservoir

TRIBUTES have been paid to a university student who died at a reservoir this week.

Ayan Ayyub Khan, 23, moved to Scotland from Maharashtra, India, in January to study robotics engineering at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.

His family has since confirmed that he died at Harlaw Reservoir near Balerno, just outside the capital, on Tuesday.
