No place for vile racism in Scotland

THE racist abuse hurled at Evelyn Leitizia and her family is a shocking reminder that disgusting, violent racism is an everyday reality in Scotland.

The mum, who lives and works in Glasgow but is originally from Indonesia, was enjoying a day out with relatives when the hate-filled yobs struck outside Glasgow Queen Street station.

The menacing group of brainless morons circled Evelyn and mimicked stabbing motions while using vile racist language. Shocking video of the incident is now in the hands of police and we must hope those involved are caught.
