CHEF Gordon Ramsay is used to the heat of the kitchen but he admits he wilted giving a speech at daughter Holly's wedding.

Model Holly, 26, married Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, 31, at Bath Abbey, Somerset, on December 27.

And father of six Gordon, 59, has spoken of his emotions as he addressed invited guests at the lavish reception.

He told ITV's This Morning: "I mean, being a dad with three daughters, you dream of that moment.

"That moment arrives and, yeah, you're just like a hot mess.

"But the speech was perfect. It went well, and it was just... you've got to be warm, emotional, yeah, it's just a tough gig."

Daughter Tilly, 24, who was a maid of honour at last month's ceremony, joined her dad on the show yesterday.
