Woman claims she was targeted by fiend who later murdered partner

- BY MARCELLO MEGA

A WOMAN who claims she was denied justice 34 years ago after being raped by evil killer Andrew Kemp wants prosecutors and the police to reopen her case.

She also believes Kemp could have more victims in Scotland and is calling on other women to come forward.

Kemp, 61, was accused of a series of crimes in Scotland in his 20s before moving to Nottingham.

A vicious rape in the city led to him being jailed for nine years in 1999. After his release, Kemp murdered his partner Leighann Wightman in October 2011.

He stabbed the 24-year-old mother of one eight times and inflicted 27 knife wounds, leaving her to die in a pool of blood without calling for help.
