Anger at India PM Modi over visit
INDIAN Prime Minister Narendra Modi shakes Vladimir Putin's bloodstained hand a day after the Russian President's forces devastated a children's cancer hospital.
Two people were killed when a Russian missile hit the Okhmatdyt hospital in Kyiv on Monday.
The strike interrupted open-heart surgery, forced cancer patients to evacuate and sparked a global outcry.
It was part of a 40-missile volley across Ukraine that killed 42 people and injured as many as 170.
But Mr Modi seemed unperturbed by the images of bloodied children as he met Putin in Moscow yesterday, for a two-day visit coinciding with a Nato summit in Washington, US.
