Franz frontman: We were asked to do Eurovision
FRANZ Ferdinand frontman Alex Kapranos has revealed the band almost became the Greek Eurovision entry at the height of their fame.
The Glasgow band had scored a massive hit with their breakout single Take Me Out when they were asked to represent Greece at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest.
