Venue slated for failing to help Charlie's family
LUXURY hotel Duck Bay has suspended Tripadvisor reviews following public outrage after staff refused to help a terminally ill baby.
Three-month-old Charlie and his parents were denied use of a plug socket to switch on a nebuliser, which helps the tot to breathe.
They had visited the hotel in Loch Lomond last Sunday and spent £40 on coffee and cakes.
