ADAM FORRESTER admits he feared his season was ruined after becoming mired in loan limbo last month.

The Hearts fullback thought he'd struck a dream deal with St Johnstone after failing to feature much for Jambos boss Derek McInnes.

But his Perth stay lasted only FIVE DAYS before Hearts triggered a recall option as part of their cooperation agreement.
