Aussies gutted after storm ends lifelong Tattoo dream

TWO Australians who crossed the globe to attend the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo were left heartbroken when it was called off due to bad weather.

Cynarra Baker and mum Sharon flew from Newcastle, in New South Wales, for a trip decades in the making.

They touched down in Edinburgh only to find out on the morning of the event Storm Floris had forced a cancellation.
