THE island has no electricity, so life here is off-grid and unplugged. Ynys Enlli has no shops, no schools and precious few people. It's a place of wild beauty where time rolls back to a simpler, life-affirming existence.

For the first time in almost two decades, the island's owners are looking for a nature-loving family or couple to manage its 200 sheep and 25 Welsh Black cattle. Expressions of interest are being invited for a tenancy that offers a unique set of challenges but has been described as an "opportunity of a lifetime".
