“Over the years, heavy traffic has caused significant concern to residents in the area, and this scheme responds to that by making it easier for people to walk and cycle between the city of Bangor and Penrhosgarnedd.

“In addition to £540,000 for continuing work on identifying a scheme that will identify a solution to improve access and significant traffic problems in Llanbedr, £1.5m from the local transport fund will enable us to invest in the county's sustainable transport network.
