A SPEED-flying paraglider who was an instructor at RAF Valley in Anglesey died from a head injury following a crash at a former slate quarry in Eryri (Snowdonia), an inquest heard yesterday.

Flight Lieutenant Geoffrey Corser, 46, of Cae Mair, Beaumaris, Anglesey, a flying instructor on Hawk trainers with the RAF, died at Dinorwig quarry on August 23 last year.
