MP diagnosed with breast cancer praises hospital care team

NORTH Wales MP Claire Hughes has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The Labour politician was elected as MP for Bangor Aberconwy in July 2024.
After finding a lump, the mum-of-two was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this month. She is now booked in for surgery.
The MP said it is likely she will then need a course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
