Wales boss Bellamy has been ‘capitivated’ by Wrexham story

Craig Bellamy confesses to being “captivated” by Wrexham's remarkable journey and reckons the impact of Hollywood proprietors Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac will prove beneficial for the Wales national team.

Wrexham secured Wales internationals Danny Ward, Kieffer Moore and Nathan Broadhead during the summer transfer window following their promotion to the Sky Bet Championship after three consecutive step-ups.

Ward and Broadhead are anticipated to miss Thursday's World Cup qualifier in Kazakhstan through injury.

However, should Moore feature in Astana he would become the first Wrexham player to turn out for Wales since Steve Evans in 2008 when the Red Dragons were plying their trade in non-league football.
