WREXHAM AFC are preparing to throw a grand celebration after securing promotion to the Championship.

The festivities will take place at the Racecourse Ground on Sunday over the Bank Holiday weekend following their emphatic 3-0 victory over Charlton Athletic, marking their third promotion in a row.
The club, owned by Hollywood actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, is set to host an event featuring live music and the player of the season awards ceremony, starting at 1.30pm.
