Council responds after school put into special measures

A COUNCIL has responded after a North Wales school was placed into special measures.

As previously reported in The Daily Post, Estyn havre intervened at St David’s High School in Saltney.
This followed an inspection in May at the 343-pupil school.
While it found the school had an “inclusive caring community” and a clear focus on “equity and supporting pupils’ they also highlighted some significant issues that they believe merit intervention.
