A PROPOSED four-bedroom house of multiple occupancy in Connah's Quay has been granted approval despite local concerns over parking and waste.

The application, to turn a property on Dee View Road into a four-bedroom HMO, has this week been granted by Flintshire County Council's Planning Committee despite opposition from neighbours and local members.
