£1m Lotto builder: I will pay off my four daughters' mortgages

A BUILDER made a £1million Lotto win a family affair by paying off his four daughters' mortgages.

Terry Gillings, 61, and his wife Caroline, 54, made the generous decision after matching five numbers and the bonus ball in the draw.

He said: "We've always helped our kids where we can but this is a whole other level, every parent's dream.

"I'll never forget phoning them to tell them their mortgages were being paid off. It generated quite a bit of screaming and joy."
