VIRGIL VAN DIJK has warned Liverpool must improve if they are to retain their Premier League title.

The Dutch defender, 34, insists the Reds are relishing Sunday's title showdown with Arsenal after both contenders won their opening two games.

But the Anfield skipper admitted the way they are conceding goals - they have let in four in their opening wins over Bournemouth and Newcastle - is a major cause for concern for the champs.
