Strike over false claims of Kyiv targeting home kill 4, injure 24

MURDEROUS despot Vladimir Putin fired a hypersonic missile in the mistaken belief Ukraine had targeted his home with drones.

The Oreshnik attack on infrastructure in Lviv was part of a huge Russian airstrike on Thursday night, which killed four and injured 25 in Kyiv.

Russia launched nearly 300 drones and ballistic and cruise missiles in one of the most terrifying nights in the capital since the 2022 invasion.

The skies over several cities were lit up with explosions as Ukraine tried to destroy Russian drones.

Both sides are trying to knock out each other's infrastructure, to cut off electricity and heating as bitter winter temperatures plummet to -10C.
