Judge tells couple's murderer he may never be safe to be freed

A PORN actor who murdered a couple before dumping their body parts in suitcases was jailed for a minimum of 42 years yesterday.

Sentencing Yostin Andres Mosquera, 35, to life, Mr Justice Bennathan told him: "I stress that is a minimum, you may never be safe to set free."

A jury had seen footage of the Colombian national singing and dancing seconds after slitting the throat of 62-year-old Albert Alfonso during a sex game caught on camera.

He had also battered Mr Alfonso's civil partner Paul Longworth, 71, to death with a hammer just hours earlier and tried to steal from them.

Mosquera smiled after the sentence was delivered by a judge, via a translator, at Woolwich crown court, southeast London. He had also admitted child porn charges.
