'Insufficient' evidence fear as trial ends
MADELEINE McCann suspect Christian Brueckner will discover his fate today as his long-running sex crimes trial comes to an end.
Paedophile Brueckner, 47, is accused of rape and exposing himself to children in Portugal.
The charges are unconnected to the investigation into Madeleine's 2007 disappearance, in which he denies any involvement.
Brueckner is nearing the end of a seven-year jail term for raping pensioner in Praia da Luz on the Algarve.
