FRAUDSTERS are preying on learner drivers trying to book tests, TSB warns.
The bank has revealed a 211% surge in customers losing money to driving test crooks in the past year, at an average of £244 each.
Fraudsters are using social media platforms to advertise lessons and tests that do not exist.
