Rapist moved out of dingy flat

MADELEINE McCann suspect Christian Brueckner was spotted staring out of a window of a dingy flat where he has been staying after his release from prison.

The convicted sex offender fled the bolthole in the German town of Neu-munster on Saturday after the address was leaked in a local WhatsApp group.

Angry locals yelled "shame on you" and "scum" as police led the smirking pervert from the ground floor flat.

Brueckner had earlier been seen staring out of a window overlooking a grassy area where children often play.
