Winterwatch hosts Chris Packham, Michaela Strachan & Iolo Williams on making time for great outdoors

THE presenters of Winterwatch say people should take a daily break from screens to enjoy nature.

Ahead of their show returning next week, Michaela Strachan said: "Many of us have to make a conscious effort to disconnect from our screens.

"Our minds are bombarded with information from social media, a lot of it we don't need. The constant flow of posts can make people anxious.

"Put aside time to get out into nature, we all know that we feel better for it, so start to make that the default instead."
