Mueslis 'less healthy than Kitkat product
MUESLI sold in supermarkets may not be any healthier than chocolate cereal, a study found.
Consumer champion Which? analysed 86 products and found some contain up to 20g of sugar per 100g.
It scored the muesli out of 100 based on nutrients such as fibre and protein, and negatives such as sugar and saturated fat. The lowest scorer was Raw Gorilla Keto Mighty Muesli, with 46.
