Beyonce's big halo to Cotswolds

BEYONCE and Jay-Z are set to benefit from a “rich person” planning clause to allow them to build their new Cotswolds mansion.

The US pop duo are said to be in the final stages of buying 58 acres of land near Wigginton in an area dubbed the “English Hollywood”.

Neighbours will include US chat show host Ellen De Generes and the Beckhams.

Planning permission has already been given for a “spectacular rural estate”.

Pictures currently show a “shack" and algae-filled lake in the Oxfordshire location.
