STRICTLY contestant Balvinder Sopal was rushed to see the show's medical team after suffering a thigh injury during the second day of rehearsals for the show.

The Eastenders actress, 46, said she heard “something pop” as she was practising a routine.
She wrote on Instagram: "So it's the second day of training and I'm at physio.
