Stunning win is so sweet for Whiteley

LIVERPOOL shocked 14-time winners Arsenal to set up a Women's FA Cup semi-final clash with Chelsea.

The Reds booked their place in the last four when Sophie Roman Haug’s 78th-minute shot struck the post and bounced in off Arsenal keeper Daphne van Domselaar.

That proved to be the decisive moment as Amber Whiteley (right) and her side moved to within one step of the final for the first time in eight years.

And the victory made it two wins from two - and two clean sheets - for Whiteley since being installed as interim boss after former manager Matt Beard was sacked last month.
