IT'S been a rollercoaster of emotions for Liverpool fans since Arne Slot's side clinched a record-equalling 20th top-flight title.

The ecstasy of standing on the Kop with my dad and finally seeing the Reds lift the Premier League trophy in person was followed by hailing the champions with my children on a joyous victory parade.

They are moments I will remember forever. But then came two devastating events: The incident at the end of the celebrations that saw more than 130 people injured and the tragic death of beloved striker Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva (the Reds pay tribute at Anfield, right).

That period of grieving for club, players and supporters coincided with an overhaul of the Liverpool squad.
