Is school cricket run by puppets?

In what has turned into a below-the-belt blow, two schools which are not in the top shelf but producing top notch cricketers, have been given a deal most foul by the so-called Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association which has failed to conduct the final of the Under-19 Division Two Tier B segment causing a grave injustice to village schoolboys.

The final between Sri Sumangala College, Hikkaduwa and Henegama Central College that should have been worked off on November 6 was not played as the ground at Giriulla in Kurunegala resembled a cow paddock and not fit to play any sport leave aside cricket.
