SAMPATH Bank PLC yesterday marked a significant milestone in its growth journey with the official opening of its Colombo Port City Branch, reinforcing its commitment to supporting Sri Lanka’s emergence as a globally connected financial and investment destination.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Sampath Bank Board of Directors, Corporate Management, representatives of the Colombo Port City Economic Commission (CPCEC), Directors from CHEC Port City Colombo Ltd., customers, and other distinguished guests.
The opening of Sampath Bank’s Colombo Port City Branch also marked the first-ever banking transaction within the development, representing another milestone in the evolution of Sri Lanka’s emerging international financial hub.
