GREAT Place to Work Sri Lanka has announced the 10 Best Workplaces in Technology for 2025, recognising organisations that foster high-trust, high-performance cultures driving innovation, collaboration, and growth in the tech sector.

Now in its sixth consecutive year, the annual study of the technology sector by Great Place to Work continues to serve as a benchmark for excellence in workplace culture. The 2025 recognition comes after a survey of over 5,500 employee voices across 30 organisations, achieving an impressive 89% response rate.
The 10 Best Workplaces in Sri Lanka's technology industry for 2025, comprised of Adapt Information Technologies Ltd., Altrium Ltd., BoardPAC Ltd., Dijital team, EGUARDIAN Lanka Ltd., Huawei Technologies Lanka Company Ltd., ITX360 Ltd., Stelacom Ltd., SYNERGEN Health Ltd., and SYNERGEN Technology Labs Ltd. The organisations are listed in alphabetical order, without any rankings.
