THE Great Place To Work For All Summit 2025 concluded successfully after three transformative days of learning, connection, and purpose-driven leadership. Held recently in Las Vegas, this biennial global summit brought together over 1,600 leaders from more than 500 organisations worldwide, all united by one powerful belief: People-first workplaces are the future of work.

Representatives and clients of Great Place To Work Sri Lanka were proud to be among the global community of these change makers.
Guided by the theme "Connect. Innovate. Lead." the summit served as a convergence point for a cross-section of leaders — from global CEOs and HR trailblazers to culture builders and DEI champions.
Among the headline speakers was Jon M. Chu, acclaimed Director of "Wicked," "In The Heights," and "Crazy Rich Asians," and author of "Viewfinder: A Memoir of Seeing and Being Seen." His keynote set the tone for a summit focused on belonging and authentic leadership.
