Govt. promotes 'Disrupt Asia 2025' in Colombo with Sri Lanka Missions abroad

MINISTRIES of Digital Economy and Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism in partnership with Sri Lanka Missions and Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) will collaborate with the objective of bringing IT partnerships, innovation, technology and investment through the seminal event 'Disrupt Asia 2025' to be held in September 2025 in Colombo.

At Hybrid sessions held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, co-chaired by Deputy Minister of Digital Economy Eranga Weeraratne and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Employment Arun Hemachandra on 21 May, Heads of Missions discussed ways and means to enhance Sri Lanka’s IT, innovation and technology sector and the significant opportunity which Disrupt Asia 2025 would bring for establishing global IT partnerships as well as investments.
